What is Coaching?
Coaching focuses on improving performance, turning the things people do into learning situations, in a planned way under guidance. It is helping someone perform a skill or solve a problem better than they would otherwise have been able to, bringing about positive improvements in the way they work. It can be for one session or more depending on your requirements.
The role of a coach is to support people , to release potential, develop skills and confidence.
