What is Coaching?
Coaching focuses on improving performance, turning the things people do into learning situations, in a planned way under guidance. It is helping someone perform a skill or solve a problem better than they would otherwise have been able to, bringing about positive improvements in the way they work.
The role of a coach is to support people , to release potential, develop skills and confidence. We don't give out the answers, we work with you to find the answers and empower you to reach your goals. I can work with career or life goals.
